Payment, Delivery & Returns

Payment

If you would like to purchase a watch, please get in touch or complete your order online and we will send you a pro-forma invoice with details of how and where to make your payment.

For UK orders under £5,000 Card payment and Bank transfer is available. For orders over £5,000, Bank transfer only is available.

Whilst we own all the watches advertised on Buysellwatches.co.uk, some watches may not be immediately available for dispatch, for example if the watch is being serviced or held securely off-site. Our product page will notify you if this is the case but we are happy to take a small holding deposit if you want to reserve the watch.

Watches are also available to purchases though our eBay and Chrono24 platforms. There may occasionally be a short delay in updating our stock levels.

Delivery – UK Orders

UK delivery is FREE. All deliveries will be sent using a fully insured courier which will require a signature upon receipt.  Order under £2,500 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We aim to post watches the next working day after receipt of cleared payment.

Collection

We are an online only business. Our office and workshop are not available to the public. The cost saving of not having a showroom and associated insurance and security is passed on to you, and is reflected in our competitive prices.

While we feel you will be happy with your watch purchase, we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all purchases completed solely online.

Personal Delivery

We like to offer a personal service where possible and would be happy to deliver your watch in person, subject to prior agreement, appointment and clear payment.  Geographical limitations apply.

Delivery – International Orders

For international delivery please contact us for a personalised quote.

Payment for International orders is via Bank Transfer only.

You will be responsible for all local fees and taxes in your country.

Returns

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return your watch.

For online purchases, you can raise a return request no longer than 14 days after the delivery of your item. You will be refunded with the payment method you used to place the order – usually within 7 working days.

Please contact us before posting your watch for a returns reference number. Contact Us

Items must be returned with 14 days of raising a return and in their original condition and with all accessories, papers, links, and tag/stickers in place. If the watch is not in the same condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return, or make an appropriate deduction at our full discretion.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the watch to us unless the watch is not as described or has developed a fault in which case we will refund reasonable postage costs incurred.

You may also have to pay import/export duties or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs on your returns. We strongly recommend you ensure you make the correct declarations with your return to ensure these charges (if any) are accurate. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by you and we have no liability to pay these.
