Payment, Delivery & Returns


We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card (UK customers only – limits apply) and Bank transfer. If you would like to purchase a watch, please get in touch or complete your order online and we will send you a pro-forma invoice with details of how and where to make your payment.

We can also accept payment on collection. Please get in touch if you would like to view a watch before purchase. Collection is strictly by appointment.

While we own all the watches advertised on, some watches may not be immediately available for dispatch, for example if the watch is being serviced or held securely off-site. Our product page will notify you if this is the case but we are happy to take a small holding deposit if you want to reserve the watch.

Delivery – UK Orders

UK delivery is FREE. All deliveries will be sent using a fully insured courier which will require a signature upon receipt.  Order under £2,500 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We aim to post watches within 2 working days of receipt of clear payment.


We are happy for you to collect your watch in person from our office in Hertford, Hertforshire, SG14, by prior agreement and subject to appointment. We may require a small deposit and photo ID to be provided in advance.

Personal Delivery

We like to offer a personal service where possible and would be happy to deliver your watch in person, subject to prior agreement, appointment and clear payment.  Geographical limitations apply.

Delivery – International Orders

For international delivery please contact us for a personalised quote.

You will be responsible for all local fees and taxes.


We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return your watch.

You can return items to us by post within 14 days and you will be refunded with the payment method you used to place the order within 5 working days.

Please contact us before posting your watch for a returns reference number.

Items must be returned in their original condition and with all accessories, papers, links, and tag/stickers in place. If the watch not in the same condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or make an appropriate deduction.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the watch to us unless the watch is not as described or has developed a fault.
